Experience

Working at Cluster Reply currently working on the NHS24 Online app and bot, in which I had a key role in the early stages, undertaking the POC and handling technical detail of the RFP. I take pride in learning. If I don't know something, I will work until I do. This has been the case with many Azure technologies and coding languages. I believe my qualifications reflects that I am willing to learn and grow within my field.

During my time at Cluster Reply I have advanced quickly showing such proficiency that I took a leadership role on their service desk dealing with a wide range of code and Azure services. From that position I was able to make use of spare capacity to help secure a project with NHS24, utalising technologies such as Azure Bot Framework and LUIS language processing.
